  • Shell scheme stands come complete with exhibition stand walls, carpet, name board, electricity, lighting and a basic furniture package, depdending on the stand size chosen. Additional furniture and graphics (if required) are available to order at a later stage. 

  • Once completed, this form will automatically be sent to the Medilink International team and an invoice will be generated for the 50% deposit and sent to the company details listed above. A member of our team will also be in touch with the next steps.

  • Terms and Conditions:

  • Companies are obliged to pay Informa Exhibitions US$275 as an administration fee. This fee includes Public Liability Insurance for the duration of the exhibition which can be waived if a company can evidence suitable insurance cover (please request details). The administration fee also includes $25 Dubai Tourism Tax which must be paid by all exhibitors. Additionally all exhibitors will be charged a one off fee of $465 for inclusion in the show print and online catalogue. This charge is mandatory and imposed by Informa Exhibitions. All charges eligible for UAE Value Added Tax will have this included at a rate of 5%. A signed booking form will be taken as acknowledgement of these statements.
