By checking "Yes" to the above, I understand that I must secure a Host Liquor liability policy of $1 million with Bethesda Academy as the designee. I understand that an event greater than 50 attendees and serving alcohol, MUST have off duty Chatham County police as security. The minimum time frame is 4 hours/2 officers per shift. Sundays incur an extra fee. All alcoholic beverage service must be handled by an approved provider. Georgia ATF laws must be followed while on the premises. Persons under the age of 21 may not be served alcohol under any circumstances. No alcoholic beverages served may be taken off these premises. Violation of these policies may result in expulsion of the guest and/or termination of the event.

The event space rented will be available from 1 pm until 11 pm on the day of the event unless other arrangements have been made.
Smoking is not permitted at any time.
No one is allowed on the floating dock at any time.
The volume level for live or recorded music must be at a reasonable level, ending at 10 pm inside or outside.
Lighted candles, sparklers, fireworks any and all open flames are NOT permitted inside or outside due to safety issues.
