a). Submit a Picture in Color At least 2x2 inches in size The head is about 1 & 1 3/8 inch Taken in Full- face view Taken within the last 6 months Plain light color background.
b). Submit your most current report card and/or transcript.
***Please send the photo with the student name and report card and/or transcript to info@fpsch.org and upload the files below.

Fees:
Registration Fee: $25
Tuition:
Two Days Per Week: Regular Course $250 per month; AP Course $350 per month.
Three Days Per Week: Regular Course $375 per month; AP Course $500 per month.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
