If selected to perform on the Christmas Daddies Telehon, I hereby assign and grant to Christmas Daddies the right and permission to use and publish the photographs/film/videotapes/electronic representations and/or sound recordings made by me (or my appointed representative) and submitted by me (or my appointed representative) to Christmas Daddies.
I hereby release Christmas Daddies from any and all liability from such use and publication including, but not limited to, all Christmas Daddies social media platforms.
I hereby authorize the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage and/or distribution of said photographs/film/videotapes/electronic representations and/or sound recordings without limitation at the discretion of Christmas Daddies and I specifically waive any right to any compensation I may have for any of the foregoing.
