Set Up & Pick Up:
Signs are installed the morning of your event beginning at 8am.
Signs are picked up the following morning of your event by 11am.
We require that at least one adult in the home is notified that we are coming. We do not want to frighten anyone.
Damages:
In the event of a damaged or stolen sign, you, the renter are responsible for the replacement of the item(s) stolen or damaged. You will be invoiced for the damaged/stolen item(s) at a rate of $15 per letter/accent.
Please no jumping or playing on or around the signs.
Do not move or touch our signs for any reason.
Do not attach anything to the signs (balloons), they will break.
Do not remove the signs before we pick up. We will take care of the set up and break down.
Placement of individual letters and accents are the sole discretion of Yard Flair Signs staff members. Once placed, repositioning or removal of the letters or accents is prohibited.
Do not use lawn trimmers and/or allow mowing debris to be blown on the lawn signs. Grass stains the signs.
Lawn Preparation:
Please clean up any dog poop out of the yard on the day of the delivery.
Please water your lawn at least 24 hours before delivery if it hasn’t rained in a few days. If the ground is too hard, we may not be able to install your signs.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive ½ your booking rate as a refund (if it’s within at least 24 hours of the event) or leave your booking fee in the account for a future date.
You will receive a refund if weather conditions prevent us from setting up the sign display.
You will not receive a refund if the wrong address was given to us and we could not reach the purchaser or surprised party, the homeowner prevented us from placing the sign in the yard, and/or the homeowner had an animal that prevented us from placing signs in the yard.
