- We limit access to the closings on TV. We serve 14 counties in western SD and several in North Eastern Wyoming. If the person calling has a location with more than 100 employees or sees over 100 clients in a day, we can help.
- We do not do daycares or preschools (some are grandfathered) unless they are part of something else. For example YFS daycare, and St. Paul Lutheran School preschool.
- We might add some organizations to "web only," on a case-by-case basis.
