thank you so much for choosing me to give you a tattoo! please completely read through my rates and terms of service before you submit a request.
💖 you will be e-mailed upon reciept of this form for additional information and scheduling, so please keep an eye on all of your inboxes, INCLUDING spam!

💜RATES💜

💜 i offer my rates based on a sliding scale payment plan. you are able to choose any amount from $100-$150 per hour, no questions asked. for more information about where you might fall on this scale, please see this chart.

💜 custom tattoos designed by me incur a seperate non-refundable commission charge, to be paid upon the time of your request and before i begin drawing your piece. the amount of your custom is determined by your hourly rate. so for example, if you set your hourly rate as $125, the charge for your custom will be an additional $125. if you are providing me with an already drawn piece and are requesting i make signifigant changes to it, you will be charged as if it were a custom piece. flash and already drawn tattoos that do not need any changes incur no additional charge.

💜 if i do not hear back from you for one month after sending you a custom tattoo proof for approval (either a sketch, lined piece, or finished product), your piece will become flash and available to the public.

💜 all requested services require a non-refundable $50 booking fee, to be paid upon request during schedule confirmation. the amount of the booking fee does NOT factor into the final total for your piece.

💜 if you need to reschedule for any reason, please reach out via e-mail within 72 hours BEFORE the day of our scheduled appointment. day-of reschedulings will incur a seperate, non-refundable $50 booking fee. you are allowed up to three reschedulings before you will be charged an additional $50 booking fee to keep your appointment active in my books.

💜 you are welcome to cancel your appointment at any time, however, day-of cancelations and no shows will require you to pay a cancelation fee, equal to one hour of work time based on your chosen hourly rate.

💜 for custom commissions, booking fees, and cancelation fees, i ONLY accept digital payment via cashapp, paypal, or venmo. at the time of our in person appointment, i accept all of the aformentioned payment options AND physical cash.

💜 i am happy to give a rough estimate of how long the appointment might take based on your chosen piece, and/or give a rough quote of how much i think the final piece might cost. these are not concrete quotes, only estimates, and in no way reflect what the final cost might be. if you are trying to stay within a certain budget, please be clear about that in your e-mails, i am more than happy to accomodate your financial needs.

💜 please come prepared to pay the full amount quoted to you at the end of your appointment. i do not accept any payment at the start of our appointment.

💜 my listed rates do not include gratuity, which is always appreciated but never required.

💜TOS💜

💜 you MUST be 18 or older at the time of completing this request form. absolutely no exceptions.

💜 for custom tattoo requests: if you are coming from out of town and/or youre on a strict time table to receive your tattoo, please make sure you place your appointment request with me at least three weeks in advance.

💜 please do not consume alcohol for at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

💜 please come dressed comfortably for your appointment so that i can easilly access the area being worked on. you are more than welcome to bring a change of clothes if dressing comfortably on your way to the studio isnt an option.

💜 if you need a break while tattooing for any reason at all, please let me know as soon as possible. your comfort, safety, and health is my top priority, and i will do my best to accommodate your needs.

💜 i do not consent to any sexual activity, behavior, or advancements made towards me and/or anyone else in my studio during the our appointment whatsoever. if i feel for any reason that you are acting inappropriately, i will stop the appointment, ask you to leave, and charge you a cancelation fee.

💜 my TOS is subject to change at any time and for any reason. please check back frequently to avoid any confusion. any further questions you may have can be addressed during the e-mail phase.
