  • > I agree that if this application is accepted that I will be bound by the Constitution and By Laws of GDFRA Inc;

    > I acknowledge that GDFRA Inc is a volunteer organisation, and as such the onus is on me to fulfil my obligations inlcuding my match appointments without relying on reminders from the Committee

    > I acknowledge that through affiliation with Granville & District Soccer Football Association and Football NSW I am also bound by their respective Constitutions and By Laws;

    > I acknowledge that I will be required to successfully complete a fitness test as determined by the Committee from time to time before I can be appointed to certain matches;

    > I acknowledge that I will be required to attend all pre-season and monthly Technical Education seminars to be eligible to be appointed to certain matches;

    > I acknowledge that I will be required to meet the physical training requirements as determined by the Committee from time to time; to be eligible to be appointed to certain matches;

    > I acknowledge that I will be required to meet the Technical Education requirements as determined by the Committee from time to time to be eligible to be appointed to certain matches;

    > I acknowledge that I will be required to provide various information and perform various tasks (usually via electronic systems) before and after matches in order to be appointed to matches. Such information and tasks include :

    * My Availability for upcoming periods

    * Checking Electronic team-sheets before matches, and filling in in electronic Team-sheets after matches

    * Providing Reports of Send-offs and Match-related incidents

    > I further acknowledge that failure to provide such information or perform these tasks in a timely manner may result in a fine of some or all of the relevant match fees, or the suspension of future appointments;

    > I acknowledge and understand that GDFRA Inc may provide certain personal information to affiliated bodies such as Football NSW and Football Federation Australia as necessary for the purposes of administering their competitions.
