  • If you are cancelling reservations for more than 1 pet, list each pets name separated by a comma in the Pet Name(s) field. In the Confirmation Number(s) field, list each pets confirmation number separated by a comma.

  • Cancellation is required by 3:00 pm 2 days prior to non-holiday reservations and by 3:00 pm 3 days prior to holiday reservations (New Year’s, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). You must cancel within the cancellation policy or you will forfeit your deposit. If you failed to pay your deposit, a $25.00 charge will be applied to your account.
