Those Certifying for the First Time

You are certifying for the first time if you have completed the Nationally Registered Site application at a previous time, are prepared to submit the Ministry Plan, Annual Budget, Advisory Council/Board information, and Needs Assessment for the first time, and are prepared to submit the first-time certification fee of $100.

CWJC/CMJC payment schedules were updated on October 15, 2025.

First time certification fees are $100. This is what you are paying today. This will provide you certification until February 2027.

Re-certification happens every year, with the next re-certification being due February 1, 2027. Re-certification fees are currently $100 per site; however, if your site is a cluster of sites, with a main site and satellites, the total for the main and satellite sites combined is calculated as the current base rate of $100 for the main site and an additional $20 for each satellite. Typically, the main site will pay the total amount to cover their report fees as well as those of the satellites.
