National Ecclesiastical Paralegal Services (NEPS) is your virtual ecclesiastical support team, providing paralegal, other assistance to the ecclesiastical orders, and orders. Any monies paid, membership fees and/or deposit are not refundable (of any kind). You may join to have us serve as your religious legal department for ecclesiastical paralegal projects (i.e., reviewing contract or lease files, organizing e-files, organizing ecclesiastical records or books, managing integrated auxiliaries’ reorganizations, assisting in due diligence, church post-merger clean-up, etc.). NEPS will fortify your religious order when staffing is strained, during certain peak times or due to overflow. For prison ministries, we support and provide on-demand assistance post-conviction support for members or Pro Se members (e.g.., civil/criminal research, investigation-whether for quick research, general corporate assistance, or the handling of a particular project. Any matter of secular law will be placed for referral to an outside secular attorney or agency (upon completion of our review). All memberships and/or assessment fees are non-refundable. NEPS do not give any kind of legal advse nor represent anyone in any court of law. This includes any request for refund or you stop us for working for any reason. Unless your case or issues takes longer than two years to complete from membership or deposit date.
