    • You may be asked to go to an interview to confirm your identity.

    Do not fill in this form CWF1 if you want to register:

    • A new partnership , fill in form SA400.
    • As a partner in a Partnership, Fill in form SA401
    • As a director fill in form SA1.
    • Partners who are not individuals ,for example ,companies and trusts should fill in form SA402
