What To Expect:

The average time commitment for the seven-week course is approximately 2.5 hours each week, broken down as follows:
On your own, sometime between Saturday and Monday, listen to each week's pre-recorded lesson (~ 1 hour)
Plus another 15 minutes each day on weekdays: to listen on the daily focus on the PQ app and do several short PQ practices and "reps" throughout the day

Optional: add-on private coaching sessions with me (Ronna Schneberger) as your PQ Coach. Details provided below at check-out.

Your PQ Pod will comprise at least 5 people. I cannot make any guarantee about the exact make-up of people in your pod (other than the fact that they will all be people who have been personally invited to join). However, if pod capacity and scheduling allows, please indicate any preferences about who you would like to be paired with. Check all that apply.

Timing Preference:

Prep for the PQ course begins on a Thursday the week prior to watching the first recorded session for Week 1 over a weekend. I facilitate a one-hour live Welcome call with you during the Prep week so you can meet others doing the course with you and have all your basic "how do I..." questions answered before we begin.

In addition, for the six weeks of the course plus the final celebration call in week seven, you will join either a live Q&A call that I facilitate and/or a live call with the other members of your pod.

Joining a pod with someone you already know can increase your engagement, accountability, and success with the program. You can invite others to join your pod after you submit this form. Look for details on the confirmation web page for how to do that.

The public offering of the PQ Program is priced between $995 USD and $1,125 USD and does not include any professional facilitation of live calls nor private coaching or group coaching.

I am a certified PQ Coach and I am qualified to offer you the PQ seven-week course and provide additional coaching support as best suits your interests and needs.

If you are part of a larger group moving through the PQ program together, your group may be split-up into pods of 3-to-5 people based on interests, time zone and scheduling availability. More details will be provided prior to the start of the course and during the Welcome call.
