Thank you for your interest in the Asia Society China Learning Initiatives TEQ Online.

Now is the opportunity for you to share your online teaching activities with a global audience! The first round of selection wil begin on November 15, 2020.

If your video clip is selected for the TEQ Online, Asia Society will cover your cost of the registration to the 2021 National Chinese Language Conference.

VIDEO SUBMISSION

Please self-record the activty through the online software or platforms that you have been using for your virtual classrooms. Please send us a private YouTube link or a google drive link of your video clip for our review.

Release Permissions

We need a video release form from each of the students who participate in the video activity submitted. You can download the Asia Society video release form here Video Release Form. Please ask the parents to sign the printed-out form or the electronic form. Please collect the signed parent perissions and submit them to Asia Society through email. The signed video release forms are a part of your TEQ Online application. Your application is only complete after we receive the signed video release form from you.

In signing and submitting this application, I agree to the following:

1. Authorize my image and this activity to be shown publicly on the Asia Society website

2. Grant Asia Society the right to interpret and edit the video clip if necessary

3. Submit the signed video release forms of students participating in the video clip to Asia Society through email.

4. Understand that the video submission does NOT guarantee being accepted to the TEQ Online Program.

5. Asia Society reserves the right of final interpretation for the TEQ Online program.
