Thank you for supporting our school. All parents signed an agreement about parent responsibility prior to receiving a Chromebook. Parents must ensure that the Chromebook is returned to Carter G. Woodson School in the same shape it was given to the parent/guardian. If the child breaks the Chromebook or spills something on the Chromebook, you will not receive a replacement and the parent/guardian is responsible to pay for the damaged device. If a device is not working and we send it back to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer tells us that the device was damaged due to a spill or a drop and it is not a defect, the parent/guardian is still responsible to pay for the damaged device. CGW will not release records or diplomas unless the parent pays, in full, for the damaged device.
Parents make sure that your child takes care of the brand-new device issued out to your child for remote learning. If you have any questions, please email the Carter G. Woodson School at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, you can pay for damaged devices below.
