Troop Disbanding Form

Please submit this form along with proof of troop bank account closure.

Do not close the bank account until all funds have been spent or donated. If you would like to donate your remaining troop funds to your Service Unit's Sister 2 Sister goal please write a check and send it to GSHNC with the name of the service unit and Sister to Sister in the memo line OR donate via your Service Unit's Causevox site here. Select the "Designate a Page" option and choose the desired service unit. Once your donation is complete, you’ll receive an email receipt, and the service unit’s fundraising goal will be updated to reflect your gift.

If you have girls who are continuing with Girl Scouts via another troop you can donate leftover troop funds to their new troop(s) by writing a check to the new troop(s).

Please properly dispose any checkbooks or troop financial documents.

At the end of this form you will have the opportunity to upload a statement of closure or upload a picture of it.
