Everyday Struggle: How Toxic Workspaces Impact Black Women

Have you experienced ageism, micro-aggressions, racism, sexism, harassment, gaslighting, or tone policing? For this anthology we are looking for 10 Black women to share how working in a toxic environment has impacted them personally and/or professionally. Everyday Struggle will be released in Sept, 2021. To be considered, fill out the form below and submit a synopsis of 500 - 1000 words, along with the $10 application fee. The deadline to apply is Friday, June 11th Those selected to be a contributing author will be notified via email no later than Friday, June 18th. If selected, I can pay the contributing-author fee of $340 (or 4 payments of $110). I understand that this fee will be used to cover the collective cost of an individual coaching session, developmental and content editing, graphic designers, typesetter, book website, and marketing flyers, workbook, and a workshop.
