  • Viewing Terms and Conditions:

    • Ring the doorbell when you get to the dorm.
    • Show the email confirmation and your submitted Gov't ID to the caretaker on duty for validation.
    • Slots are NON-TRANSFERABLE, submitted names and IDs should match the person who will view our dorm.
    • Viewing time may be limited in the bedroom as to not disturb the existing tenants.
    • Taking photos, videos, or any form of recordings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
    • We only accommodated a Maximum of 2 persons per viewing, other companion(s) that are not included in the submitted form may be asked to wait outside.
    • Availability of the units may change without prior notice, as we still welcome viewings for those who would like to reserve in advance.
    • The Communal RESERVES THE RIGHT to refuse entry or cut short the viewing time, if any of the terms and conditions is violated.
  • Reservation Terms and Conditions:

    • Reservations are valid only to those who have viewed our place. Reserving for another person is not allowed.
    • Should you wish to make a reservation without viewing our place, please message our Facebook page using your legitimate account.
    • Reservation fee is Php1,000, valid for 7 CALENDAR Days.
    • Reservation fee will be deducted from the total downpayment, but is non-refundable.
    • Only the reservation fee will be accepted, the rest of the downpayment will only be accepted AFTER you have signed the contract.
    • Contract STARTS on the SAME DAY that you have made the reservation, for example; if you reserved the unit on January 1. We will hold the unit for you until January 7. You may move in within this 7-day period, but your contract starting date will be January 1.
    • Advance Reservation: if you want to reserve a unit that is currently occupied, but has a confirmed availability date. 7 days will start on the availability date of the reserved unit.

    How to Reserve:

    1. Make sure that you have read and understand the; above-mentioned reservation terms and conditions, and the complete details in our website, especially the COMPLETE RATES, TERMS AND REQUIREMENTS, and PAYMENT SCHEDULE. 
    2. Message our Facebook page prior to making any payment to make sure that the unit that you wish to reserve is still available.
    3. Reservation fee is payable via bank deposit or transfer ONLY, you may get the unit number of the unit that you wish to reserve, and bank details from the caretaker during your viewing.
    4. Send the photo of the deposit slip or screenshot of the bank transfer to our Facebook page and wait for the confirmation.
    5. Use this form again to book for your MOVE IN date.

    RESERVATION IS FIRST TO PAY FIRST SERVED BASIS 

  • Moving in Instructions, Terms and Conditions:

    • Ring the doorbell when you get to the dorm.
    • Show the email confirmation and your submitted Gov't ID to the caretaker on duty for validation.
    • Slots are NON-TRANSFERABLE, submitted names and IDs should match the person who will move in to our dorm.
    • Make sure that you have brought with you the complete and valid requirements listed in our website.
    • By moving in, it means that you have read and are to act in accordance to the House Rules and Regulations found in our website.
    • If you're being dropped off by a car, you may ask to use the driveway to maneuver provided that there are no parked cars. Otherwise, there's a space near the end of the street.
    • The caretaker will help you in carrying your luggages. If you don't wish to be assisted please tell it to the caretaker.
    • You will be handed with an iPad with our app, which you will use to read and accept the terms, scan the requirements, and sign the contract.
    • After signing the contract, you may settle the downpayment via bank deposit or transfer ONLY, show the proof of payment to the caretaker, and send it to our Facebook page.
    • Copy of the contract will be sent to your email.
    • The caretaker will assist you to your unit, hand over the key, and register you to the biometrics door and gate.
    • The Communal reserves the right to refuse acceptance if the tenant is rude, or if any of our terms and conditions has been violated, or if there are discrepancies with any of the requirements.
  • Should be Empty:
