1. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 for vaccinated and unvaccinated:
YOU MUST self-isolate until symptom free for 24 hours. Symptom free means you woke up healthy twice in a row.
2. If you have COVID-19 for vaccinated and unvaccinated:
YOU MUST self-isolate for at least 5 days followed by a 24 hour symptom free day. Upon return you must wear a mask for 5 days.
If unvaccinated, sante publique requires you to provide a negative rapid test before returning to school in addition to being symptom free for 24 hours. Upon return you must wear a mask for 5 days.
Unvaccinated please send proof of negative rapid test to email@example.com before returning to classes.
In ALL SITUATIONS:
YOU MUST be 24 hours symptom free after self-isolating and/or self-monitoring in order to return to in person learning
It is very important you do not attend with:
One of the following symptoms: Fever over 38.1°C (100.6°F) , sudden loss of smell with no nasal congestion, with or without loss of taste, Cough (new or worsening), Shortness of breath, Difficulty breathing, Sore throat
At least two of the following symptoms: Runny nose nasal congestion (stuffy nose) for no known reason, Headache, Profound fatigue, Muscle aches (not related to physical exertion), Significant loss of appetite, Nausea or vomiting, Stomachache, Diarrhea
