Kansas NEA respects the privacy of our members and those who engage with us.  This campaign is a public-facing campaign and by using the upload function provided on this website, you agree with all of the following usage terms:  You (uploader) agree to allow Kansas NEA to review and republish the content you’ve provided for the purposes of promoting a public-facing messaging campaign.  Kansas NEA will not share, sell, or otherwise use the content you’ve shared in a public-facing way for any other purpose.  Further, you understand that your content may be edited or combined with other submissions to promote the public-facing messaging campaign.  We will not accept content that personally identifies any party other than the video creator.  We reserve the right to reject any content for any reason such as the use of disparaging, inflammatory, or other inappropriate language or content.  Finally, you understand that Kansas NEA has no control over the removal, revision, or other use of the content you submit once it enters the public domain.  Kansas NEA will honor any request to remove the content you submit from future use by Kansas NEA on the platforms we can control and you can make that request by emailing us at info@knea.org
