  • Welcome to another season of Tag Football at Grey Lynn Park. Home of the Mighty Central Knights. I hope your experience with us is a good one and the first of many seasons together. Below is a little bit of information regarding our Module and the team registration form.     Competition Start Date:

    Tuesday October 25 2022

     Team Fees:

    $460.00 Per Team

    $150.00 Deposit to be paid before your team plays on the 1st October. The balance of fees to be paid before the 2nd Round 1 November 2022

    Team Details:

    Once you have registered your team an email will be sent to you. Attached will be a form you need to fill in requiring all your players details.

    Team Uniforms:

    All teams must be in uniform by the 3rd Round 8th November. Failure to be in oorrect uniform by this time will result in penalties for your team.

    Tag Shorts:

    Tag Shorts will not be stocked at the module. However we can order for you at $45 each.

    NZTFI Code of Conduct
    As a player, I understand that I must follow the code of conduct rules to stay in good standing:
    Respect the game, play fairly and follow its rules and regulations
    Show respect for authority to the officials of the game and of the league
    Demonstrate good sportsmanship before, during and after the games
    Help parents and supporters understand the Tag Football philosophy so they can watch and enjoy the game
    Be courteous to opposing teams and treat all players and coaches and supporters with respect
    Be modest when successful and be gracious in defeat
    Respect the privilege of the use of public facilities, Teams using the nominated field must clean up after the game/s and tournaments.
    Refrain from the use of drugs at all times
    Refrain from the exessive use of alcohol/drugs around the game and venue of tournaments.
    Refrain from the use of abusive language
    Refrain from any fighting or violent behaviour. This will not be tolerated.
    Respect NZTFI policy about drinking by the playing fields
    It is the Parent Helpers and players responsibility to communicate the code of conduct to all that play the game.
