Thank you for choosing TRAVEL TNT to assist with your travel arrangements. We are pleased to confirm your reservation. To finalize your booking and process your transaction, your signature on this authorization form is required.

Please note:

All charges are processed directly by the hotel, resort, tour operator, cruise line, or other travel supplier.

TRAVEL TNT does not directly process payments through personal accounts, nor do we accept checks, cash, or alternative payment methods outside of the supplier-authorized platforms.

Note: The Agent booking fee will be charged "TNT TRAVEL" on your billing statement authorized today.

Purpose of This Form
This authorization allows TRAVEL TNT to use the personal or business credit card information you provide to secure travel bookings or travel-related purchases previously discussed and agreed upon between you (the client) and your travel advisor.
