NC Modern Farmhouse Design is the sole owner of the plans. Owners known as Licensors in this document and purchasers will be known as Licensees.
This single use license is for the use in building one home and one home only with this plan, additional use of this plan owned by Licensors is prohibited.
Licensee may customize the plan further and all changes, codes and zoning become the responsibility of the Licensee. If changes are made the Licensee must acknowledge that the orginal plan along with the changes is still the property of the Licensor. Any changes to the plan is the responsibility of the Licensee.
Licensee must understand and acknowledge that this license is for one person and cannot be transferred to another party nor can the Licensee sell this plan to any other party or company. Licensee must acknowledge the fee of up to $100,000 can be implemented based on copyright law that will be charged plus attorney fees if any such infringement takes place.
This license MUST be executed and agreed upon prior to moving forward with these plans or having any changes made to them. If those things are done prior to this license being agreed to then the agreement is null and void and plans cannot be used by Licensee. If Licensee proceeds without agreeing to this single use license legal action shall be taken.
NC Modern Farmhouse Design does not take returns under any circumstances once the plans are purchased. If you are unsure about anything or have any questions, please contact us through our website prior to purchasing at www.ncmodernfarmhousedesign.com
You are allowed to make up to 20 construction copies of the Licensors plan for a single dwelling ONLY.
Licensors plans are to be built no less than 100 miles from the location of Lewisivlle, NC.
