Please note that there is a one-off application fee of $ 150 USD, once you get accepted $ 100 USD will be deducted from your total booking fee and $ 50 USD will be used for the registration/admin fee. In case not accepted you will receive a refund of the full $ 150 USD within 48 hours.

When your application is successful, the payment in full is required by August 2021. Payments made are non-refundable. Booking fee's are plus 5.5%. TAX/VAT will not be charged. Invoices will only be emailed out if requested after payment has been received.

Exhibit Remotely:

Please fill in this form. You can choose to exhibit remotely, ship your works and we help selling and representation. You can also select Digital Art Showcase (digitally) If shipping, please choose a booth and select (shipping your works) below the stand options.

Please upload two examples of your work that best shows your practice. If you represent more than two artists, please email us a selection of art you will be representing. 

You must also ensure that each image is no bigger that 5MB.

If you are selected to exhibit at TIAF21 Tokyo International Art Fair the information that you include will appear in the official catalogue excluding personal details.

Whilst you maintain the property rights of your images by completing this form you allow the organisation the use of the images submitted for any marketing purposes.

If your application is accepted, $ 100 USD will be discounted from your total booking. $ 50 USD is the Reg/Admin fee.

If your application is not accepted you will be refunded 100% of the $ 150 USD registration fee.
