Please read carefully

1.1) The Bike as given to me is working properly. I am physically and mentally able to ride the bike and I am familiar with an electrical bike riding and its physical and mental requirements and risks involved.

1.2) If I have used or rode an Electrical Bike from CARBO™ then I agree that I am fully responsible for any damage or loss to the bike and agree to pay for all repairs if any damage occurs.

1.3) I will read and follow all instructions and signs. I agree that the CARBO Electric Bike™ will not be responsible for the unsafe use or any violations of the terms of this agreement and waiver.

1.4) I understand and I am fully aware that electric bikes equipped with a throttle (full electric mode) are not allowed to operate in Australia. I understand and I am fully aware that electric bikes' maximum legal speed limit is 25km/h in Australia.  I also agree that if I modify my CARBO bike in order to add a throttle/accelerator, or if I purchase a CARBO bike with a throttle or a 350W motor, I will be fully responsible and liable for any risks faced when riding in Australia. CARBO Electric Bike will not be held liable for any negligence or modification of existing CARBO bikes especially where a throttle addition or a speed alteration has been made or purchased by the rider.

1.5) I AGREE TO FULLY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE CARBO Electric Bike FROM ANY LIABILITY for any damages, injuries, or claims, including any injuries or damages occurring from any negligence to myself or any other person or property, as a result, my participation in electrical bike usage, or one of CARBO bike riding. I fully understand and agree to release CARBO Electric Bike™ for its negligence in causing in whole or in part any injury to me.
