New Adopter Application Form For Cats

Adopting a dog or cat or other animal is a big decision and can be a long-term commitment with many factors to consider. To help you through the process and answer any questions you may have, please take a look at our Find Out More section on our website.

Adoption Criteria:

For dogs, we do not home to flats above ground level, with children under the age of 8 years, and you MUST have a secure garden with a min of 5ft high fencing. For cats, we do not home with children under 5, if you live on a main road or close to a railway line.

We always ask that you keep an open mind and see this application as a way of registering your interest in rehoming one of our lovely Dogs or Cats, and not an application for a specific animal.

I agree to pay a home check fee of £10, which is non-refundable if the adoption does not proceed. I understand that my contact details will be shared with a member of the home checking team and that I consent for video or photographs to be taken as part of the application process.
