GTL Parrot Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of neglected, abused and unwanted parrots. GTL Parrot Rescue is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our parrots are cared for by foster homes and are deemed to be in top physical and mental health prior to being offered for adoption. This questionnaire is designed to help GTL Parrot Rescue and yourself determine if a specific parrot is the perfect addition to your family while he/she awaits a forever home. All fosters are required to complete this form prior to adoption. GTL Parrot Rescue reserves the right to deny any placement based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to placement! All decisions are based on what is best for the parrot not on the desires of the applicant.
