This serves as your RSVP to the next virtual in-person reporting opportunity. This is an optional reporting opportunity for organizations receiving 2022 Project Support grants of $5,000 or less. If you do not participate in the next virtual in-person reporting opportunity, you will need to complete the written final report online.
Virtual in-person reporting opportunities for 2022 grants will be on:

Wednesday, January 18, 2023 4:00PM via Zoom

Here the format of the report out including the questions you will be asked:
Introduction and Check In
Each participant will be asked to state their name and the organization they are representing. Participants can also state the organization’s mission and location.
Each participant must share the following information:
Project title, project summary, and how your project went.*
Progress that you are most proud of. Things your organization will continue to work on.
How was your project and your organization impacted by the COVID 19 pandemic?
*If you had any major changes from your application (such as dates, locations, or new opportunities), please talk to your program manager.
Participants will have the opportunity to propose any questions to the group, seek feedback or ideas around their programs, or make any announcements to the group regarding their organization.
Note: You don’t need to prepare a formal presentation for this report out! Remember that this is optional, and you still have the choice of completing a written final report in the online system.
