What's this all about?
Eastern European Council is a team of 10 European teens (Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland (Krakow and Warsaw), Hungary, Turkey (Liga and Alef) and Balkans (Czechoslovak and Ex-Yu) who will work on bringing our area together through different initiatives, projects, and activities. We will work to make our community more cohesive, delegate ambassadors who will connect their local communities to the larger group. We will meet approximately once a month.
Who can be part of EEC?
Anyone who is interested in bringing their community closer to the movement, has strong English skills, and is an active and involved member who is not a president of their region, can apply by filling out this form. We're looking for teens who want to be more involved in the Eastern European community and is able to motivate their peers.
What will we work on?
- Team up with the local Board to utilize BBYO’s resources
- Coordinate EE Teen leadership conference
- Create a recruitment strategy for EE
- Promote ILN
- Share ideas and successful programs with the group
- Think of new ideas - EE challenges, initiatives, etc…
- Collect videos, quotes etc., to make a marketing pool
- Manage EE Instagram profile
