All Vendors (full store front and simple business listing) must apply to participate in the b-LOCAL Boundary County Online Farmers Market Group by submitting this Vendor Application
This application will constitute an agreement between the vendor and the b-LOCAL Boundary County Online Farmers Market Group to abide by all the policies and rules of b-LOCAL Boundary County.

The b-LOCAL Boundary County Online Farmers Market Group is a buying and selling group managed by a group of volunteer administrators and selling via an Open Food Network Group named b-LOCAL Boundary County. This Group consists of all vendors who have received an approval from the administrators and who have a listing or are selling through this online farmers market platform.

The b-LOCAL Boundary County Online Farmers Market Group combined pickup schedule is currently held on Wednesdays from 8:30am to 10:30am under a canopy on the west side of the University of Idaho Boundary County Extension Office, 6447 Kootenai St, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805. (Pickup schedule and location is subject to change as needed. Participants will be notified well in advance of any changes.)

Vendors need to deliver their prepaid orders to the pickup location, between 8:00 and 8:15 am on Wednesday mornings.

Orders need to be packaged to protect the product(s) from rain. Receipts need to be securely attached to the prepaid item so that the buyer’s name is clearly identified. Brown paper bags or plastic bags with stapled order forms are recommended.

NEW craft vendors are required to submit 3 photos that represent the items they wish to sell & an application prior to selling in the b-LOCAL Boundary County Online Farmers Market Group.

Vendors must be residents of the contiguous counties/provinces including & bordering Boundary County: Boundary County, Bonner County, Pend Oreille County (Washington), Lincoln County (Montana), southern British Columbia (Canada), all within 50 miles of Bonners Ferry.

Vendors shall sell only products that they themselves grow, harvest, create, or produce within 50 miles of Bonners Ferry. No reselling or selling for others is permitted. No garage sale, flea market or wholesale items are permitted.

All products must comply with state and local health and ISDA rules. Please check their requirements to see how this applies to you.

Vendors must comply with all state & local laws, ordinances, and regulations and those of the b-LOCAL Boundary County Online Farmers Market Group.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own product liability insurance.

All vendors are required to collect Idaho State sales tax on all sales and are responsible for reporting and paying sales tax to the state of Idaho as per their permit instructions. All vendors must submit a copy of their permit with their application.

Vendors will be asked to volunteer some time to share in the weekly distribution efforts, thus eliminating the cost of a paid employee for the task.

Please take into consideration that your storefront is part of b-LOCAL and that the market is a family-friendly platform.

Consequences of not following the Bonners Ferry Farmers Market rules:

First Offense: verbal warning from the b-LOCAL Boundary County Online Farmers Market Group Administrators to correct the violation.

Second Offense: verbal warning from the b-LOCAL Boundary County Online Farmers Market Group Administrators to correct the violation.

Third Offense: Written warning to the vendor of continued violation with consequences of temporary or permanent suspension from the b-LOCAL Boundary County Online Farmers Market Group.

Any problems or suggestions may be submitted to the b-LOCAL Boundary County Online Farmers Market Group Board via b-LOCAL.net. This will ensure a relaxed atmosphere with good communication between all vendors.
