Pet Food Pantry Registration

An appointment is necessary so we're able to gather food for your pets. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to the following:

You agree not to hold Humane Educational Society, its staff, or volunteers liable in the unfortunate event sickness occurs.
You understand the potential risks of feeding your pet new food.
We are not able to provide assistance for community animals such as neighborhood cats. Please see this resource page for assistance with food for outdoor animals.
We consider requests for certain brand foods, but cannot guarantee what you will receive.
All pets must be companion animals, well cared for, not chained, or left outside.
We offer temporary pet food assistance. We are not a permanent source of pet food.
Due to limited supply, assistance is provided once per month, for three months in a twelve month period, for up to four pets.
You must have an appointment and a valid license or state issued ID and live in Hamilton County to participate.
