An appointment is necessary so we're able to gather food for your pets. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to the following:
- You agree not to hold Humane Educational Society, its staff, or volunteers liable in the unfortunate event sickness occurs.
- You understand the potential risks of feeding your pet new food.
- We are not able to provide assistance for community animals such as neighborhood cats. Please see this resource page for assistance with food for outdoor animals.
- We consider requests for certain brand foods, but cannot guarantee what you will receive.
- All pets must be companion animals, well cared for, not chained, or left outside.
- We offer temporary pet food assistance. We are not a permanent source of pet food.
- Due to limited supply, assistance is provided once per month, for three months in a twelve month period, for up to four pets.
- You must have an appointment and a valid license or state issued ID and live in Hamilton County to participate.
