Pricing for stalls is the same as 2019 but we have had to add GST
4 x 4 - $280.50 (incl GST)
3 x 4 - $253.00 (incl GST)
3 x 3 - $220.00 (incl GST)
3 x 2 - $192.50 (incl GST)
2.4 x 2 - $165.00 (incl GST)
2. If you need a pdf or hard copy of the form please let us know (email is best).
3. We are still in the middle of a pandemic. The running of events is a higher risk process as a result. We have every intention of making the fair happen this year but there is always the possibility that it won't go ahead and we want to be up front about this.
4. You will need to have an individual COVID safety plan for your stall and we will have a wider one for the entire fair. There are resources available throught the NTG website here:

5. If you have special needs in relation to stall placement or anything else then please let us know in the Special Requirements section of the form.
6. The photographs of your work are a requirement. We need to have recent photos of your work in order to determine the invitiation list. They don't need to be professional, just well presented. You can take them with your phone (or someone elses phone).
We have reduced the maximum image size to 1 megabyte which is more than enough for our needs (social media, product assessment and so on)
If you need an easy way to prepare your images then we suggest using Spark by Adobe. It is online, free (you do need an account) and easy to use. Find Spark here:

7. If you can give us square photos when you submit your four images, it makes creating the online directory, Artist of the Day and other social media much simpler.
6. We do not guarantee that you will have the same stall space as 2019.
