You are submitting an application to be a vendor at the All is Mind Event. The purpose of this event is to raise awareness amongst the communities about the cause and affect of mental health issues. Additionally, we will provide resources and information to teach attendees how to properly care for themselves. This is extremely crucial for high poverty and predominantly minority communities.
Filling out this application does not guarantee your spot. Once submitted, your info will be reviewed. If selected, you will receive an invoice for the selections you have chose and a vendor contract that must be completed and returned w/in 72 business hours. Please make sure you read the contract thoroughly prior to signing and please make sure you monitor your email for correspondence. Incomplete Applications will be declined. At this time, we are NOT accepting Paparazzi Vendors or other Life Insurance Vendors. All other vendor spots will be filled with a max of TWO vendors per category. Example: only 2 businesses that sale jewelry will be allowed to vend the event. A 50% non-refundable deposit of your invoice total is required w/in 48 hours to secure your spot. No deposit, No spot.
