• Application for the Full-Time Church Employee Tuition Discount - Part 1

  • Since 1970, Redwood Christian Schools has provided a discount to children whose parents are in a full-time church positions. The Church Employee Tuition Discount is provided to any church employee in exchange for promotional influence within their ministry.

    As an employee of a church, you:

    • work full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) in a church leadership position,
    • be eligible to receive all of the benefits received by other full-time employees at the ministry, and church is able and willing to promote Redwood Christian Schools in a proactive manner.
    • A job description may be requested in some cases. Completion and submission of this form confirms that you have read and you understand the reverse side of this application.

  • Note: Please let your senior pastor know that they will be receiving an email from Jotform, on behalf of Redwood Christian Schools. They will but agree to the terms and conditions required (mainly marketing) for the tuition discount to be applied. 

  • Additional Important Information Regarding the Church Employee Tuition Discount:

    • Parents who want to take advantage of this discount must apply for it one time and the Business Office at Redwood Christian Schools with verify your discount each year.
    • Your tuition discount will not  be applied until RCS receives Part 2 completed by your senior pastor. 
    • If the parent is writing the check to RCS the family will receive a 40% discount. If their church writes the check for tuition, the discount is 50% .
    • After receiving the full-time Church employee discount, the church employee may still apply for tuition assistance through Redwood Christian Schools.
    • Any change in employment, title, etc. needs to be reported to the business manager of Redwood Christian Schools, at BusinessOffice@rcs.edu ,  immediately for possible adjustment to the Full Time Church Worker Discount. Changes in employment and/or title, may prevent further tuition discount opportunities in the future.
