I understand that the lawn should be watered, mowed and free from animal droppings before installation. I cannot MOW, TRIM, or WATER THE LAWN while the signs are in the yard.

I also cannot MOVE the signs, and I will be responsible for any cleaning fees ($50 and up) as well as any damage to the signs that result if these guidelines are not followed.
