Cancellation Policy

Last Minute Cancellations:
- If you cancel within 3 hours of our meeting, there is a 50% cancellation fee due by the end of the day via Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal.
- If you choose to pay at a later date, there is a 75% cancellation fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until you have paid.
- If you have paid a deposit, that counts as your cancellation fee.
Repeated Cancellations:
- If your cancellation rate is over 30% of total dates you have booked, a deposit amount subject to my discretion is due at the time you schedule your next visit. The deposit amount goes towards the donation for your apptmt and can be paid via Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal.
- A deposit will be required prior to booking until your cancellation rate is below 30%
- If you are someone who has an unpredictable schedule let me know prior to booking and we can try to work something out.
