    *Please note: I do not replicate other artist's work. Any tattoo idea that is from someone else I will need to alter in order to respect the integrity of my and other's work. I will respond to the submitted form as soon as I can, usually within 3-5 business days. Thanks for choosing me as your artist and I look forward to working with you!
    1. Policies:
    • COVID-19 Update: Please see link for COVID-19 guidelines and checking the box below signifies that you have read and agree to what is written:   COVID 19 Guidelines
    • To secure a booking, tattoos have an $80 minimum and that is the same cost as the deposit. This will go towards your tattoo, and deposits are nonrefundable.
    • I require 72 hours notice if you want to reschedule your appointment or alter your design. 
    • Changes to design may alter the price of the tattoo.
    • If you are feeling unwell before your appointment,  please let me know. A change to your appointment date is fine, but canceling last minute will require the deposit to be paid again. 
    • Tattoos are considered permanent and are nonrefundable.
