Terms and Conditions
1. Registration:
- Registration for our online tuition institute is free of charge.
- By registering, students agree to comply with all institute policies and regulations.
2. Enrollment Fee:
- Upon enrollment, students are required to pay a one-time, fully refundable enrollment fee.
This fee is applicable only in the case of monthly payment for academic subjects.
- No enrollment fee is required for subscriptions.
- The enrollment fee covers administrative costs and secures the student's place in the chosen academic course.
3. Course Fees:
- In addition to the enrollment fee, students are required to pay a monthly fee as per the
chosen course duration.
- Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced and must be paid by the 10th of every month.
- Failure to pay the fee for that month results in the cancellation of your enrollment. In such
cases, classes will be suspended, and there will enrollment with the monthly fee is required to resume classes.
- Payments can be made as a one-time payment or through a subscription method (monthly payment).
- There is also an option for a refundable enrollment fee under specific conditions.
- Additionally, students can avail themselves of one-on-one extra classes during certain
circumstances, such as exams, at an additional cost.
4. Academic and Non-Academic Courses:
- Enrollment fees are applicable only for academic subjects. Non-academic courses do not
require an enrollment fee.
- Course fees for non-academic subjects are to be paid monthly or quarterly, depending on the chosen course duration.
5. Payment Methods:
- Payment for enrollment fees and course fees can be made through monthly payment or
subscription methods.
- Subscription methods allow for automatic billing at regular intervals as per the chosen
payment plan.
6. Subscription Model:
- We offer a subscription model for fee payment for academic courses, where the fee amount is auto-debited from your bank account on the same date every month until you cancel the subscription.
- The fee amount remains the same every month, irrespective of the number of sessions
attended.
7. Class Types:
We offer both one-on-one and group classes. Each class type has its own benefits and limitations.
One-on-One Classes:
- Advantages: Personalized attention tailored to the student’s needs, flexible scheduling, and customized lesson plans.
- Disadvantages: Higher cost compared to group classes.
Group Classes:
- Advantages: More affordable, opportunities for peer interaction, collaborative learning
environment.
- Disadvantages: Less personalized attention due to larger class size.
8. Class Rescheduling:
- For group classes, students are not entitled to rescheduling.
- For one-on-one classes, students can reschedule up to 2 times for free, provided they inform at least 4 hours in advance. Emergency cases may be considered upon validation.
- In case of tutor’s absence or class cancellation from our end, the class will be compensated in the future. No refund or discount will be made.
9. Refund Policy:
- The enrollment fee is fully refundable if you decide to discontinue the classes.
- Refunds for tuition fees are subject to our refund policy. Please refer to our refund policy page for detailed information.
- Tuition fees are non-refundable once the classes have commenced for the month.
10. Referral Discount:
A 5% discount is available for referring another student, enrolling a sibling, or enrolling in
another subject. However, this is not valid during promotional months.
11. Class Size:
Maximum students per group class: 10 for spoken courses, 5 for academic courses.
12. Recording Policy:
No recordings of classes will be available.
13. Trial Classes:
A free trial class can be scheduled with at least 24 hours' notice upon receiving your
confirmation and registration form.
14. Fee Structure:
Our fee structure is based on the number of classes per week, not the number of days per
month.
15. Demo Classes:
Free demos are available on request for 30 minutes on the topic of your choice, but no
homework, assignments, or question papers are included. Interaction with the teacher should be within the time frame.
16. Communication:
We are not responsible for the consequences of unauthorized communication with the
teacher.
17. Breaks and Vacations:
You may take a break from classes at any time during a vacation without paying the fee for
that month. However, the same schedule, teacher, or batch cannot be assured when
resuming classes.
18. Camp Sessions:
Summer, winter, and spring camp sessions are not entitled to rescheduling or cancellation.
However, the amount can be applied to other classes in case of cancellation.
19. Refunds for Booked Classes:
We do not provide refunds for classes booked with us. However, the amount can be applied to other classes.
20. Rescheduling Requests:
Rescheduling may be possible upon request only at the beginning of the month.
21. Grievances and Complaints:
Kindly notify us of any grievances or complaints.
22. Modifications to Terms:
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered students via email.
- By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
