Custom Cookie order Form

Please note that your order will not be confirmed until I have emailed/texted you confirming availability on my schedule and payment has been received. All orders are for local pick up only, zip code 78248. Please order at least 7 days before you want the cookies. (I have been consistently booking out my calendar 1-2 months in advance.) All orders made within 7 days of your pick up date will have a rush fee of $15, if I am able to accommodate the order. When you send in the order form, I will follow up with you through text or email and will send you an invoice for the payment amount due. All payment is due when I send the invoice in order to confirm your order and for me to add you to my calendar. If after 3 invoice reminders are sent and there is still no payment, I will cancel your invoice and your order. *NEW 2022 PRICING* custom cookies start at $48 per dozen with a minimum of 1dozen per order. This price may increase depending on how much detail the design requires, how many colors are wanted, floral details, and if metallics are used. Holiday items will be released around 1 month before the holiday in question and will be posted on my Instagram and Facebook @sodanggoodbakery. These items will vary in price and I will always have the price listed with my Instagram and Facebook posts. If you want to order holiday items, please put the name where it says “Additional Info.” Cancelation policy: if you cancel 14 days prior to your pick up date I will issue a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of pick up you may receive a partial to no refund depending on how far along I am on your order. If there is an issue with your order and would like a refund after receiving your cookies, I will issue a partial to full refund if you return 75% or more of the cookies, depending on the situation. How to properly care for your cookies: Cookies should not be left in direct sunlight, in excessive heat for long periods of time (including outside in the summer!) or be kept in the fridge. For best results, when you pick your order up, place then somewhere in your car where they won’t move around too much. Once you get home, keep the cookies at room temperature somewhere out of direct sunlight. The cookies should stay fresh for 2+ weeks in their individual heat sealed packages. Please note that once an order has left my hands, it is your responsibility to make sure the cookies remain in tact and in peak condition for your event. I do not give refunds for cookies that have been broken after being picked up. By filling out this form, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
