    • Take advantage of our special ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RATES by paying a Subscription Fee of $220/annum.

    Standard Rates:

    • 1 Room - $71.5/hr
    • 2 Rooms - $115.5/hr
    • 3 Rooms - $170.5/hr

    Membership Rates:

    • 1 Room - $49.5/hr
    • 2 Rooms - $82.5/hr
    • 3 Rooms - $121/hr

  • IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • Prices will change starting from January 2027
    • All prices on this form are inclusive of GST
    • Venue Manager/Coordinator and Cleaning Fees are compulsory (*) for AUDITORIUM and/or UPPER ROOM Venue Hire. For all other Rooms, the HIRER is responsible for cleaning and resetting the furniture back to default
    • Venue Hire is charged from Bump-In (Setup) until Bump-Out (Pack-Up) time
    • A BOND of 20% of the Total Invoice applies on every Booking
    • A minimum payment of the BOND is required to secure the Booking
    • THE ROCKS must be informed of any food or beverages brought on site during booking process
    • THE ROCKS  is an alcohol free site
    • VENUE RATES DO NOT include the use of AVL (Audio, Visual, Lighting) Systems. These options are available as extras
