We invite you to share a short video or audio story about how your art/music/dance/writing/designing helped you navigate this pandemic, and other difficult times in your life.
These videos will be compiled into mini-documentaries about the power of art for mental wellness and resiliency - both for individuals and communities - and shared with the community, as part of our new Arts & Mental Wellness program. This project is part of our Pilot phase.
You can participate in any of these ways:
upload a short video or audio of yourself, telling your story
upload a short video that otherwise shares your story (a photofilm for example)
record a short audio only
write a story that we will voice record on your behalf
