CHANGE OF TIME/DELAYS OR VENUE
Francesca must be notified in writing of any changes in the schedule or location ASAP. A confirmation of receipt and approval of changes will be communicated in writing. Francesca has the right to deny the amendments if vastly different from the original agreement. Additional fees may be applicable depending upon the changes required.
Wedding Package: The ceremony is to start within 5-10 minutes of what is written in the contract. Either the ceremony will begin following the 10 minute buffer or a fee of $200 for each additional 15min will be applied. If the start time is so late that Francesca is delayed past the one hour alloted for the ceremony, it is understood that Francesca may need to leave to fullfill other contractual commitments.
Elopement/Ceremini Package: The ceremony is to start on time. Allow yourself ample time to navigate weather & downtown Toronto traffic +parking. If using the Liberty Village indoor space, you will be allowed entry in the space 5 minutes before the appointment. Prior to that, the door remains locked for security purposes. Fees of $150 will be applied for every additional 10 min block. If the start time is so late that Francesca is delayed past the 30 min alloted for the ceremony, it is understood that Francesca may need to leave to fullfill other contractual commitments.
Paperwork Only Package: The paperwork ceremony is to start on time. Allow yourself ample time to navigate weather & downtown Toronto traffic +parking. If using the Liberty Village indoor space, you will be allowed entry in the space 5 minutes before the appointment. Prior to that, the door remains locked for security purposes. Fees of $150 per every 5 min delay will be applied if the start time is so late that Francesca is delayed past the 15 min alloted time for the ceremony, it is understood that Francesca may need to leave to fullfill other contractual commitments.
CANCELLATION
Your date is saved once the signed contract is received. The invoice shall be sent within 48 hours upon receipt. Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice. Payment not received within 24 hours of receiving the invoice shall be subject to late penalties & your day may be released. There shall be no refund of the wedding ceremony fees. Should your contract wedding date be cancelled for any reason it must be in writing and you may be given the chance to reschedule but cannot be pushed ahead of other reserved clients. A rebooking fee will be required to hold your new spot. Extenuating circumstances & individual situations may waive some of these conditions based upon Francesca's discrection.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES CLAUSE/SUBSTITUTION
If Francesca cannot perform this agreement for any "emergency" then she will do her best to find a suitable replacement and/or return any money paid by the client.
PRE-EVENT WALK THROUGH
Francesca will offer a pre-event walk through before the event date by video conference/telephone. If an in person walk through is needed, additional fees of $200 per half hour will apply for local events, local is within 5km Liberty Village, Toronto. Accomodations/travel fees will be covered for events outside of these locations. Both parties agree to discuss this thoroughly to avoid any surprises as to what will constitute expense and Francesca agrees to provide receipts if so requested. Separate arrangements will be made in writing if there will be any additional expenses. Covered in this agreement are fees for the ceremony and virtual/telephone walkthrough.
THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED, READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT'S CONTENTS.
