Zandi Land Professionals are authorized to sell Zandi Land products exclusively on their/their business' website, but are NOT authorized to sell Zandi Land products on third party sites including Amazon and Ebay and this unauthorized use of the Zandi Land trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property (including use on Amazon or other online marketplace websites) is a violation of the Zandi Land Professionals terms

I (“Buyer”) certify that Buyer is a reseller of all products in which Buyer has purchased and will purchase from Zandi Land Products, LLC. All products purchased from Zandi Land Products, LLC are sold to Buyer’s customers in the ordinary course of Buyer’s business.

I further certify that if any property so purchased tax free is used or consumed by Buyer as to make it subject to a Sales or Use tax, Buyer will pay the tax due direct to the proper taxing authority when state law so provides or inform the seller for added tax billing. This certificate shall be part of each order which we may hereafter give to you unless otherwise specified and shall be valid until cancelled by us in writing.
