Truck Orders*: Any damage to or shortage on freight orders must be noted on the driver’s copy of the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and reported to LD Carlson within three (3) business days of receipt.

FedEx and UPS Ground Orders*: Damages or shortages inside your shipment must be reported to LD Carlson within three (3) business days of receipt.
