Agreement and Terms

In consideration of, and in order to induce the company to establish a credit account based on the foregoing application, we promise to pay for all products/services in accordance with GWC Packaging's approved terms. We further agree that all payments will be mailed to 2209 E Baseline Rd Suite 300-303 Claremont, CA 91711 or sent via ACH or Wire transfer. If at any time, for any reason, we are unable to pay for such products/services when due, we agree to pay and authorize you to bill our account interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, not to exceed 18% per annum on any past due amounts owing on our account. We understand that we will be in default if we fail to pay for products/services when due. In the event it becomes necessary for GWC Packaging to incur collection costs or institute suit to collect any amount due under this agreement or any portion thereof, we promise to pay such additional collection costs, charges, and expenses including reasonable attorney/solicitors fees if the account is placed in the hands of any attorney/solicitor for collection. Said applicant understands that they must notify in writing, sent in certified mail, of any change in ownership, the name or the business structure under which credit is established. GWC Packaging reserves its right at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel all available credit and refuse to make further advances. Furthermore, the person executing this application represent through signature they have full authority granted them by said applicant company to enter into a written agreement and accepts on behalf of said applicant company the terms set forth in this agreement. The signatory represents that they have read the above terms and by signing this agreement understands, accepts, and agrees to the terms as outlined on behalf of the applicant company.
