  • General Information

  • The Browe Bar is a one on one studio environment located inside Sola Salons. Our estheticians take one client at a time, and all services are by appointment only. Payment is required at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards using Square checkout and cash. If you choose to leave a gratuity, you may also apply that to your credit card purchase, or use cash.

    An initial online consultation form must be completed prior to service for all new clients. If you are a returning client, we ask that you notify us of any changes to your health, medication - including the use of topical products, or skincare routine. The success of your service requires full disclosure of any condition that may effect the outcome of your treatment.

    We offer a variety of retail products for purchase in studio. For your convenience, products may also be purchased online for curbside pickup. All product sales are final.

  • Appointment Changes

  • When you book your appointment at The Browe Bar, we reserve that time specifically for you!

    We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your appointment. You can notify The Browe Bar at any time by texting or calling (248) 847-0025. Please do NOT send a message via social media for last minute appointment changes.

    Sooner than 24 hours, and you will be responsible for the cost of the services.

  • No Shows / Late Cancellations

  • No show appointments are subject to 100% of the scheduled service(s). A no show means that you did not come to your appointment, and you did not notify The Browe Bar. If you no show for your appointment, you may be unable to book services in the future.

    Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) including SAME DAY cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service amount. We realize things come up, and will take each situation under consideration. Our booking system sends out text/email notifications of your appointments in an effort to avoid these situations! Please click the button to confirm your appointment. 

    Making an appointment at The Browe Bar means you understand and agree to this policy. No shows and late cancellations are disrespectful to our small, appointment based business.  

  • Appointment Times

  • We ask that you be on time for your scheduled appointment. Please notify The Browe Bar if you know you will be late or unable to make your appointment as soon as possible. You may call or text (248) 847-0025. Clients more than 5 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. If we can no longer accommodate the appointment, this is considered a late cancellation and you will be responsible for 100% of the service amount. If are able to accommodate, it may be necessary for your service to be shortened. We can not run late for our next client.

  • Sick Policy

  • Please cancel your appointment if you are sick, or if someone in your household is sick. Late cancellation fees will be waived in instances of sickness. However, please notify us of necessary appointment changes as soon as possible.

  • Covid - 19 Policies

  • Please wait in your car / outside the building prior to your appointment. Sola Salons is not allowing congregating or waiting in the common hallways. Your esthetician will text you when it’s time to come in!

    Do not bring any additional guests or children to your appointment. (If you have arranged to receive services with a friend, relative, or partner you may of course both come into the studio!)

    Please wear a mask to enter and exit the building. If your treatment requires the removal of a mask, you may do so once inside the studio. We also ask that you sanitize your hands prior to your service.

    We ask that you cancel your appointment if you have confirmed or suspected exposure to Covid-19. Please contact The Browe Bar immediately if you test positive for Covid-19 within 7 days of your appointment.
