Occasionally grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming. The dog’s owner upon signature of the contract/agreement will cover all medical expenses for veterinary care. We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers whose dog might pose a threat to us or the other dogs in our care whether it’s an aggression problem, health problem, or parasite problems.

CURRENT VET:

Although accidents are rare, there is a risk when dealing with animals. Grooming equipment is sharp, and although we use extreme caution in all situations possible problems could occur if your dog is wiggling or moving around including: cuts, nicks, scratches, quicking of nails, etc. Your dog’s comfort and safety is our number one priority. In an event that an accident occurs you will be notified of the accident. If HolliePaw's feels that the accident is serious and the owner is not available we will seek immediate veterinary care at the closest Veterinarian Hospital.

Although our location is made as safe as possible for it's clientele there are occasions when a person/s may be injured while entering and leaving the building such as falling or tripping. For this reason upon signature of of the contract/agreement will cover all medical expenses related to the accident. Please be advised we offer pick-up and drop-off services if you feel you are unable to bring your dog in!
