3 Bluebirds Farm will be hosting a Trunk or Treat at our new 28-acre horse farm. Decorate the trunk of your vehicle, dress in costume, hand out candy and promotional material for your business!

A prize will be awarded to the top trunk.

Deadline: Applications must be RECEIVED by October 17th, 2020

For-profit Fee: $75

Non-profit Fee: $50
Vendor Permits will be mailed directly to you on or before Oct. 17th.

COVID-19 guidelines

Upon arrival
- We will be checking the temperature of each person entering the farm
- A team member from 3BBF will be asking a few questions regarding your health upon arrival. (Please make sure no one from your team is experiencing the following symptoms: cough, fever, stomachache, headache, shortness of breath, or has come in contact with a person with COVID-19 in the last 3 weeks.
COVID-19 Vendor information
- All vendors must stay in their assigned locations with their team for the entire event.
- All vendors/volunteers are required to wear a mask at all times.
- Please bring a hand sanitizer.
- We will provide you with gloves to wear while handing out candy or material.
- Please make sure participants remain in their cars when they drive by.
Just a few extra guidelines for this event!
- Only pre-packaged candy or treats are allowed.
- Please try not to be too spooky for the kids, but have fun.
- No electricity will be provided.
- An adult must be with their vehicle at all times during the event for safety reasons.
- Participants may arrive on site at 2:30pm to set up. The event will begin at 4:00 pm.
