The amount payable shown is payable once your Application Form has been accepted by our insurers. We will then call you during office hours to obtain your payment details.

Please note that no cover is in place until payment has been received and confirmed in writing by us

The above relates to applications for Golfguard golf insurance or golf buggy cover and to Anglers First Insurance fishing applicants who pay the premium in one annual payment.

(In respect of applicants for our fishing insurance who wish to pay the premium by 10 monthly instalments to Premium Credit, please proceed with the application providing all the requested information and on receipt of a satisfactory Application Form, we will then confirm that cover is in place and forward the policy details)
For monthly premiums, an annual percentage rate applies, as shown below:
- Standard - £79 one-off payment or £8.90 x 10 payments (APR: 23.2%)
- Bronze - £99 one-off payment or £10.90 x 10 payments (APR: 19.5%)
- Silver - £199 one-off payment or £21.80 x 10 payments (APR: 14%)
- Gold - £299 one-off payment or £32.75 x 10 payments (APR: 14%)
- Platinum - £399 one-off payment or £43.70 x 10 payments (APR: 14%)
Please note that the first instalment will usually be taken from your bank account by Premium Credit Ltd within 6 days of you submitting this Application Form.
The Credit Agreement Plan will be provided by Premium Credit Ltd and the information you supply will be solely for the use of Premium Credit Ltd and would be kept for 6 years from the end of the loan agreement.

IMPORTANT

Please note that no cover will operate until Anglers First Insurance has received a satisfactory Application Form together with the relevant premium and has been approved by the Underwriters. Confirmation of cover will then be forwarded by email from Anglers First Insurance together with a copy of the Full Terms and Conditions of the Insurance Cover.
