Emerging Leaders (Year 3 - 2021)
Emerging Leader 3 is the “capstone course” of the Management Series. If EL 2 was your “masters” program, this is your “PhD.” The focus of this course is coaching. You will coach and be coached by your classmates and complete a good deal of reading and an in-depth course project. This course will help you become a highly effective leader.
